Cooling-Off Period
In accordance with the 2014 March 17th Law n°2014-344 (French Consumer Code), the client has a period of fourteen (14) working days with effect from receipt of the order to return, at its costs, the ordered articles if these are not satisfactory.
Only products which have not been worn or washed and only returned intact shall be accepted by ASKA.
Products should be returned to the registered office in the original packing and packaging, including the invoice, to the following address: ASKA, 99 rue du Mont Cenis, 75018 Paris FRANCE.
If the above conditions are fulfilled, the client shall be reimbursed within fourteen (14) days, with effect from receipt of the parcel by ASKA, based on sums paid by the latter, with the exception of duties and taxes paid upon delivery and the costs of returning the products, which shall remain the responsibility of the client.
Any complaint lodged after a period of fourteen (14) days shall be rejected and ASKA shall be released from any responsibility.
