Secured Payment

Payment shall be carried out immediately on the Internet, through PayPal secure digital wallet. The who does not have a PayPal account, and dose not want to open one, has the option to settle the payment though PayPal by using a credit card accepted by PayPal. To do so, once redirected on PayPal’s payment page click the link : You do not have a PayPal account? and follow the instructions.

ASMI reserves the right to refuse any order or delivery in the event of an existing lawsuit with the Purchaser, of total or partial non-payment of a previous order by the Purchaser, of a refusal to authorize payment by bank card by banking organizations, or of non-payment or partial payment. ASMI may not be held responsible under any circumstances whatsoever.

The banking transaction by card, carried out between the Purchaser”s computer and PayPal secure on line payment, is fully encrypted in accordance with the SSL process (Secure Socket Layer) and protected.

Delivery

The order shall be delivered by Coliposte to the address specified by the client within a period of three (3) to ten (10) days.

At the time of ordering, the client must give precise contact details as well as the delivery address, if this is different.

Delivery costs :

–  8 € for a shipment to France and Poland.
– 15 € for a shipment to the rest of Europe and Switzerland.
– 20 € for a shipment to the countries of Eastern Europe (non-EU), to Norway and North Africa.
– 25 € for a shipment to countries in Africa (excluding North Africa), Canada, United States and to Near and Middle East.
– 28 € for a shipment to any other destination.

Delivery costs to all country are offered for any order of 200 € and above.

Ownership of the goods ordered shall only be transferred to the client after complete payment of the price invoiced, including delivery costs.

ASMI does not accept responsibility in the event of late delivery because of the postal services or means of transport.

Complaint

In the event that products ordered are lost or damaged during delivery, the client must first inform our customer service by email at office@askaparis.com and then, within three (3) days after the reception of the products, send a justified complaint by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to our customer service at the following address: ASMI SAS 18 rue des Saints-Pères, 75007 Paris FRANCE.

Any anomalies observed at the time of delivery (parcel opened or damaged, etc.) must imperatively be recorded on the delivery note. If not, then the client may not claim any compensation.
